I’ve been trying to find a good shop to service my 2002 Silverado for years and the search is over. Martin and Travis and Jamel are the most knowledgeable mechanics I’ve ever spoken with, and took the time to explain what my truck needed and why. I’ve had an ABS issue for two years that no one‘s been able to diagnose (three different shops came up short) but these guys knew what do. In fact, I have a laundry list of big and little issues that need addressing, and now that I have a shop I can trust, I can finally start ticking things off. They’ll get all of my business going forward. 10 out of 10 experience, immeasurable peace of mind.

Jamel and the guys got me right yet again. My tint guy referred me to this place for an inspection and I ended up getting more services done over time. There was an issue with my drain plug and they ordered a new one for me, took full responsibility for what happened and threw it on the house no back and forth. Great customers service no appointment needed.

First time going because I needed an oil change last minute. I have tried a lot of places around Wilmington, but this one exceeded expectations!!! Everyone was super friendly when I first pulled in & Martin at the counter was extremely helpful, informative, & very nice! Jamel did my oil change & it was the fastest one I’ve ever gotten. He was hardworking & I appreciate the help for it! Definitely will be coming back thank you all again!

While researching places for an oil change, Wilmington Oil & Lube came up as a top recommendation online, and their reviews looked impressive. I called and spoke with Martin about what I needed and the cost. His knowledge and professionalism made me feel comfortable, even though I’ve mostly had oil changes done at my dealership. I decided to try them instead for a less expensive but equally good option. The shop is about 15–20 minutes from my home, not in my immediate neighborhood, but I felt it would be worth the trip. When I arrived, a technician met me at the car. I needed not only an oil change but also a state vehicle inspection. He politely took my registration, handled all the paperwork, and then drove my car into the bay to complete the oil change, check all fluid levels, and perform the state inspection. Inside the waiting area, I met Martin again. He was very professional and businesslike, and within a very short time they called me back to say everything was finished. My state inspection was completed, and I received a copy. They did not find any additional issues (no worn windshield wipers, no low fluids, etc.), and the price was very reasonable. Wow, what a refreshing experience. Ever had the experience where there isn't enough time in the week to sort out all you have going on and to top it off--you realize it's time to check in your car for routine maintenance? Well I HIGHLY recommend you find your way here, so Martin and his team can help get you back on the road to handle the rest of your business. I came in a little overwhelmed, and Martin was so helpful in clearly explaining his services while not seeming like he was just trying to upsell anywhere he could. They made a lifetime customer out of me, and I live 30 minutes away from their location.
